Week 8, Thing 19: Fuzzmail is Awesome!

While I can think of quite a few fun things that I can do with all of the new toys we've discovered on this 23 Thing Journey, I'm still trying to figure out how, or even if, I can use them to improve at work.

The most important thing is that I'll actually know what my customer is referring to when I'm responding to their emails or chatting with them in AskUsNow.
